The judge has decided not to grant Frank Casteel a new trial. This is sad news yes but for those who think this is finished, THINK AGAIN! It is far from over this will be appealed. This is only costing Hamilton County more and more and more money to keep the wrongfully convicted in prison.

The search began on Sunday and they found the men on Wed. So just like Sneed picking the gun up even before they had found the bodies, Lee Griffith said they knew who did it on the third day of the search even before the bodies was found.
